This home is a testament to how subtle changes and thoughtful reuse can completely transform a space — even within a modest budget. We worked with muted colours and soft tones to bring a sense of calm and cohesion throughout the apartment. Instead of starting from scratch, we looked at what already existed — and found creative ways to make it shine again.
The living area became a canvas for personal expression — we turned the cabinet doors themselves into a piece of artwork, adding depth and character to the space. An old trunk was reimagined as a cosy seat, and the sofa bed was refurbished to fit seamlessly into the new aesthetic.
Every room carries a story of reuse and renewal. In the daughters’ bedroom, a single double bed was split into two independent single beds — giving each of the two daughters her own space while keeping the design cohesive and playful. Even the old beds across the home were refreshed to align with the new, muted palette.
This project was all about seeing beauty in what was already there — transforming the familiar into something fresh, personal, and full of warmth.
